Answer:

Shaded region of circle is 20.45 cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of a inscribed square in a circle is

s^2=6^2=36 cm^2

Find the length of diagonal.

2 S^2=d^2

2(6)^2=d^2

2×36=d^2

72=d^2

8.48=d

This inscribed square diagonal will equal the circle's diameter.

Radius=d/2

r =8.48/2

r =4.24

Area of a circle :

=pi×r^2

=3.14×(4.24)^2

=3.14×17.98

=56.45 cm^2

Subtract square area from circle area

56.45-36=20.45 cm^2

Ans:

Shaded region of this circle is 20.45 cm^2
