perimeter of square = 4*60 => 240 m2
therefore breadth => 2 (80+b)= 240
=> 160+ 2b => 240
=> b => 240-160/2 => 80/2 => 40m
so the area of the square => 60*60=> 3600m2
and area of the rectangle => 80*40=> 3200m2
therefore breadth => 2 (80+b)= 240
=> 160+ 2b => 240
=> b => 240-160/2 => 80/2 => 40m
so the area of the square => 60*60=> 3600m2
and area of the rectangle => 80*40=> 3200m2

lets find perimeter of square=4*side
=60*4
=240m²
A square of side 60m and rectangle of lenth 80m have same perimeter
so 240= 2(l+b)
240 =2(80 +b)
b=40
area of sqaure=side*side
=60*60
=3600m
area of rectangle=l*b
=80*40
=3200m²
