Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(48+18)

= 2 × 66

= 132

According to question , the perimeter of rectangle and square is same

= Perimeter of square = 132

side = 132/4 = 33m

• Area of rectangle = l×b

= 48×18 = 864 sq.m

•Area of square = side × side

= 33×33 = 1089 sq.m

Area of square field is bigger than rectangle by the diffrence of 1089 - 864 = 225 m ans
