Step-by-step explanation:

T.S.A of square park = 6a^2

= 6×(250)^2

= (6×62,500) m2

= 375,000 m2

Each side of inner square = (240-2) m

= 238 m

Now, T.S.A of inner square = 6a^2

= 6×(238)^2

= (6×56,644) m2

= 339,864 m2

Area of pathway = (Area of outer square - Area of inner square)

= (375,000 - 339,864) m2

= 35,136 m2

Hope it helps :)
