area of park- area of garden= the remaining area

 {100}^{2}   -  {14}^{2}  = 9804 {m}^{2}

∴ Ar.(remaining part) = 9384 m²

Given :

r = 14 m

side of square park = 100 m

Solution :

∴ Ar.(4 quadrants) = 4 x ¼πr²

= ²²⁄₇ x 14 x 14

= 44 x 14

∴ Ar.(4 quadrants) = 616 m²

∴ Ar.(square park) = (side)²

= (100)²

∴ Ar.(square park) = 10,000 m²

∴ Ar.(remaining part) = Ar.(square park) - Ar.(4 quadrants)

= 10,000 - 616

∴ Ar.(remaining part) = 9384 m²
