A square park has each side of 70m. At each corner of the park, there is a flower bed in the form of a quadriant of radius 7m. Find the area of the remaining part of the park.

total of the park = 70*70 = 4900 m^2
there are 4 quadrants each of radius 7 m results in the one complete circle of radius 7 m.
area of the circle = 3.14 * 49 = 153.86 m^2
area remaining = 4900 - 153.86 = 476. 14 m^2
