now dimension of the sq park
= 35m
also part of the park left for walking= 2.5m
now dimension of the grassy land=
35 - 5 m
(since width of 2.5m is left on both the sides)
= 30m
area of the grass land.
= 30 x 30 = 900m^2
for the road,
width = 1.5m
length= 30m
area= 30 x 1.5 = 45m.
site there are two roads,
resulting ar. = 90m^2
but since the intersects at a point
dimension of the point of intersection = 1.5 x 1.5
ar = 2.25
required. ar = 90 - 2.25 = 87.75m^2

now cost= 120 rs per square m
87.75 x 120 = 10530rs
