Area of Square plot = 400m²

Side of Square plot = $\bold{\sqrt{400}}$

Exterior side = 20+2 = 22

Area of plot including path = 22 × 22

$\bold{\implies A= 484m²}$

NOW

Area of path = 484 - 400

A = 84m
