A square quilt is made by sewing smaller square sections together. The same number of smaller squares are in each row. Bethâs square quilt has 256 smaller squares. How many smaller squares are in one row of Bethâs quilt?

let the area of quilt be 256 unit²
area of square=side×side
256=s²
s=√256
s=16

so there are 16 small square in 1 row of Bethâs quilt..
