6m=600cm
area of square room =(side)^2
area of square room=(600)^2
area of square room =360000cm^2
area of rectangular tile = length * breadth
=15*12=180cm^2
no. of tiles required in room =
(total area of room)/area of tiles
=360000/180
=2000 tiles
In room 2000 tiles are required
I hope it will help you

HEY MATE !!

Given :

▪ side of square shaped room = 6 m= 600 cm
▪ measurement of rectangular shaped tiles = 15cm × 12cm

TO FIND :

▪ number of tiles required to cover the floor

SOLUTION :

▪ area of floor ( square ) = side × side
= 600×600 = 360000 cm ^2

▪ area of 1 tile ( rectangle ) = l × b
= 15 × 12 = 180 cm^2

▪ Number of tiles = 360000 / 180
= 2000 tiles

HOPE THIS WILL HELP ✌✌

THANKS ✌❤✌
