48cm is the answer just join the figures and add all the lengths of the boundaries visible

So, to get the perimeter here, we have to add all the sides (their length).

Let he perimeter be 'P' then.

ATQ:-

=>(a+a+a)+(l+l)+b=P

=>3a+2l+b=P

=>3×2+2×15+10=P

=>6+30+10=P

=>46 cm=P

So, the perimeter of the new figure formed=46 cm
