Total number of circles = 100

Number of black circles = 30

Number of blue circles = 20

Total number of black and blue circles

= 30+20= 50

Number of red circles = 100-50 = 50

Fraction of red circles = 50/100 = 50%

Percentage of red circles = 50% (ans)
