first of all we have to understand that
capable process is a process that has achieved by ability of the process to meet the specifications.
and A stable process is the process that is obtaining a specific control limits and without excessive variations.or we can say that the process is capable when it behaves consistently over time then we can say that process is in control or in stable .
so, we can say stable process hasn't to be capable process. so, according to me it is false.
