Given : A stadium has a total number of 80000 seats

half of them are in blue in colour

half of the remaining seats are red

To Find :  how many seats are there in blue and red colour

Solution:

Total Seats = 80000

half of them are in blue in colour

=> Blue color seats = (80000/2) = 40000

Remaining seats = 80000 - 40000 = 40000

half of the remaining seats are red

=> Red color seats = 40000/2 = 20000

seats   in blue and red colour  = 40000 + 20000  = 60000

There are 60000  seats  in blue and red colour
