Hey dearie

the train in which we are sitting is at rest with respect to floor of the train but the same time we are at motion with respect to floor of the train track. This shows that motion and rest are relative terms Thiz can be further explained by using another example which is a crow sitting in cow's body and the cow is moving in a field The crow is at rest with respect to body of the cow but at the same time it is at motion with respect to floor of the field

Hope this answer may help you!!

Hi there ✋
It won't happen untill and unless the train comes to a halt after moving. When the train moves and we see outside, our eyes accommodates to the objects that seem to move outside the train. So when the train is at rest that accommodation still remains in our eyes leading us to feel as if the train is still slowly moving.

Hope it helps..:"))
