Answer:

6:9:5

Step-by-step explanation:

(2000 × 12) : (4000×9) : (10000×2)

6 : 9 : 5

Profit of A = 5600×6/20 = 1680

Profit of B = 5600×9/20 = 2520

Profit of C = 5600×5/20 = 1400

A starts business with 2000 for 1 year

B joined with 4000 for 9 months.

C joined with 10000 for only 2 months.

At the end of the year the business gave a profit of Rs 5600.

Therefore we can say that investment of A :B :C =

(2000 × 12) : (4000×9) : (10000×2)

=6 : 9 : 5

∴ A  will get = 5600×\frac{6}{20} = 1680

B will get = 5600× \frac{9}{20}= 2520

C will get = 5600× \frac{5}{20} = 1400

Ans:-  A will get Rs 1680, B will get Rs 2520, and C will get Rs 1400 as profit.
