(a) There are two laws of reflection: (i) The ray of incidence, ray of reflection and normal drawn at the point of incidence to the reflecting surface lie in the same plane. (ii) The angle of reflection and angle of incidence are always equal.

(b) According to the law of reflection, the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection. = 25 degree. Since, the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection, therefore the required angle of reflection = 25 degree.
