The food coming from the stomach is acidic in nature and has to be made alkaline which is done by the BILE JUICE from the liver it also contains BILE SALTS which break the fats into smaller globules so that the enzyme could act efficiently

PEPSIN :
*it is acidic in nature
*it is produced in stomach

TRYPSIN :
*it is basic in nature
*it is produced in the pancreas

2.it stimulate the function of the proteolytic enzymes nd amylase.
