Answer: Andhra Pradesh.

Explanation: Hudhud was a strong tropical cyclone which caused widespread damage to the state of Andhra Pradesh in India during 2014. The most effected region were Visakhapatnam along with districts of Vizianagaram and Srikakulam of the state. Along with India, Nepal too experienced severe damages due to avalanche caused by Hudbud.

The cyclone was due to the low pressure system that was created under the effect of an upper-air cyclonic circulation in the Andaman Sea. It got further intensified into a cyclonic storm and later on to a severe cyclonic storm.

The cyclone claimed atleast 124 lives along with damages amounting to  ₹21,908 crore as estimated by the State Government.
