Angular velocity = 420 revolutions per minute.

Requirements:

 We need to find out the number of rotations made by the wheel

so,  the rotation and the revolution is almost same &  the wheel will have angular velocity 420 rotations per minute and  the time s is also same & it is starting from rest.
