a steel cylinder of 20 litres is filled with hydrogen at 29atmospheric pressure if hydrogen is used to fill a balloon at 1.25atmospheric pressure at the same temperature , what volume will the gas occupy . solve using Boyle s law or Charles law or gas equation

V1 = 20 L, P1 = 29 atm, P2 = 1.25 atm, T is constant

Applying Boyle's Law, we get :-

V1P1 = V2P2, 20*29 = 1.25V2, V2 = (20*29)/1.25 = 2320 L
