Given data:

                    P_1 = 15atm, \\P_2 = 30 atm

                    T_1 = 15°C

                    T_1 = 15+273 = 288k, \\T_2 =?

                        Volume = constant.

Since volume is constant, apply Charles law.

                    P_1/T_1 = P_2/T_2\\15/288 = 30/T_2\\T_2 = 576k\\T_2 = 576-273\\T_2 = 303°c

This is the minimum temperature where the air to be heated to blow the safety valve.
