now we know that

T = mg

T = 3\times 9.8

\rho = 8000 kg/m^3

now we have

v = \sqrt{\frac{3(9.8)}{(8000)\pi(0.0005)^2}}

v = 68.4 m/s

now we have

f = \frac{v}{2L}

340 = \frac{68.4}{2L}

L = 10 cm
