Already given in the question that wire is bent and made a square of  area

121 cm

side  of square =\sqrt{area}

                         \sqrt{121}\\=11cm

perimeter of square=

4\times side\\=4\times 11\\=44cm

hence this means that length of wire is 44 cm

hence circumference of the circle is = length of wire

it is nothing but =44 cm

let us assume radius of circle = r cm

hence

2\pi r =44\\2\times \frac{22}{7} \times r =44\\r =7 cm\\

hence area of circle =\pi \times r^{2} \\

\pi\times r^{2}

\frac{22}{7}\times 49\\=154cm^{2}
