Answer:

The area of circle is 154 cm².

Step-by-step explanation:

SOLUTION :

Given :

Area of square = 121 cm²

Let the side of a square be 'a’ cm

Area of square = a²

121 = a²

a = √121

a = 11cm

Side of a square = 11 cm

Let r be radius of the circle (wire)

Perimeter of square = Circumference of the wire

4a = 2πr

4 ×11 = 2πr

44 = 2 × 22/7 × r

44 = 44/7 × r

r = (44 ×7)/44

r = 7cm

Area of circle, A = πr²

Area of circle, A = 22/7 × 7 × 7

A = 22 × 7 = 154 cm²

Area of circle = 154 cm²

Hence ,the area of circle is 154 cm².
