let the height of the tower be x
a stick 10cm long casts a shadow of 8cm
so,a tower x cm casts a shadow of 30 m {i am converting 30m to cm which is 3000 cm}


by direct variation

10/x=8/3000
8x=3000*10
x=3000*10/8
x=3750 cm
which is 37.5 m
the height f tower is 37.5 m
