if you do the things at right time and do not procrastinate your work then at the last hour ,you don't have to haste . pending work creates a lot of problems at the end ,so completing work on write time helps you a lot in time of submission or at end of the day.

Here is the answer

This is a simple but well known proverb. All the same on the account of it's familiarity ,we don't take it seriously.

It is a matter of common experience that when a cloth is torn, we must stitch it soon. If we fail to do so in time, the rent would become bigger and would require many more stitches to mend it. Sometimes the cloth maybe so much torn that it may be well nigh impossible to mend it.

This proverb can be applied to different walks of life. If a man becomes ill , he should not in neglect his illness but should consult a doctor.
This will save a lot of future agony and waste of money. If he neglects the disease , it may as well as become incurable and may lead to death.

Small defects in aeroplane, big machines , dams can become irreparable if they aren't repaired in time.

Bad habits must also be checked in the beginning. If teachers find young children insolent , they must improve them immediately at once. Stealing of pencil or rubbers is a small thing, but it must be checked in time otherwise, the child may turn into a big thief. Many persons take wine to get recreation , but they soon become confirmed drunkards.

Hence , such proverbs advises us that we should not neglect trifles. In course of time , these rifles become great and create a lot of trouble.

Thus , we should not neglect trifling defects but should repair them in time.
