At heights point it has only potential energy

Energy at highest point = mgh
= 0.25kg * 10 * 40
= 100 J

Answer:

Mass of the stone =0.25kg

Height of the stone = 40m

the energy stored in the stone =P.E

P.E= mg

=》P.E= 0.25×10×40

=》 =100 J

I hope it'll help u
