A stone and a bunch is feathers of the same mass are dropped from a height in air. Which will fall faster and why?

If kept in vacuum and controlled situation , they both will fall with same speed.
But
If they both fall in a random situation with air around them the stone will fall faster. As its weight will easily counter the air pressure below it while feather being light it will not counter the air pressure below it as efficiently as compared to stone.
