On lunar surface there is no friction from air. So, Both will reach the ground together as only gravity would be acting on them. There would be no other external force acting on them.

The answer is based on your thinking :-


(1) Due to air resistance , the stone will fall faster than the piece of paper .


(2) If their is no air resistance , Both the objects will fall at the same time due to acceleration due to gravity that is equal to 9.8 m/s² that is equal to GM/R² where G = gravitational constant , M = Mass of earth and R = radius of earth is same for both the objects .
