Explanation:

t = 5sec

v = u+at

v = 0 + (9.8) 5

v = 49 m/s

S = ut+ 1/2 at^2

= 1/2 at^2

= 1/2 (9.8) (25)

=122.5 m

So The velocity of the stone on reaching the ground is 49 m/s

and The height of the tower is 122.5 m

Answer:

here is ur answer....

given......time=> 5 sec....

as we know the motion first eq...

v=u+at...putting value...

v=0+9.8×5..

v=>49..m/s....(1)

now.....

s=ut+1/2at^2...

1/2at^2

1/2(9.8×25)

=>122.5.....(2)
