We can use Newton's laws of motion
v²-u²=2gs
v²=2as,. since u=0
v²=2.10.100
v²=2000
v=√2000=10√20

Given :
u = 0
H = 100 m
t = 1 min = 60 sec
g = 10m/s^2
v = ?

By applying first equation of motion ;

v = u+gt
v = 0+10×60
v = 600 m/s

SARDARshubham: I think that u is not equal to zero
Satwatneyearthian: why
Satwatneyearthian: it is just dropped and made to free fall
SARDARshubham: because the question is not following second equation of motion ; S=ut+1/2gt^2
saaif: plz help me
Satwatneyearthian: the question is wrong it cannot fall down in one minute it willtake mare time
Satwatneyearthian: less time
Satwatneyearthian: sorry
