It will non uniform motion because if the stone is dropped from a height it's speed will be increasing by 9.8 per second. Whereas the uniform motion is the motion in which an object covers equal distance in equal interval on time , hence in this condition non uniform motion will follow......

A stone falling down to Earth is non-uniform motion. The stone won't cover equal distances in equal interval of time. It's speed will increase.
