A stone is dropped from a height of 50m. Calculate its velocity just before it touches the

ground. (take g=10m/ s2)​

Answer:

distance=s= 50 m

u=0 m/s

v=?

acceleration= 10m/s²

through 3rd equation of motion which is

2as= v²+u²

2*10*50= v²+ 0

10000=v²

v²=10000

v=100m/s

so the velocity just befor it touches the ground is 100 m/s
