A stone is dropped from certain height which can reach the ground in 5 seconds . It is stopped momentairly after 3 sec and then it is again released.The total time taken by the stone to reach the ground will be

As it is said that..the stone was stopped after 3 sec of its fall. therefore, total time is taken by the stone to reach the ground = 4sec.
