Given:-
- Initial Velocity = 0m/s
- Acceleration due to gravity = 10m/s²
- Time given = 2s.
To Find:-
- Speed of the stone after 2 second.
Formulae used:-
- v = u + at
Where,
- v = Final Velocity
- u = Initial Velocity
- a = Acceleration
- t = Time.
Now,
→ v = u + at
→ v = 0 + 10 × 2
→ v = 20m/s
After, 2 second the speed of the stone will be 20m/s.
EXTRA INFORMATION.
- When any body is dropped then we take u = 0.
- The force of gravity at the center of te earth is Zero
- The force of gravity at the pole is maximum and in Equator it is minimum
- When the object is thrown vertically upward we take v = 0.
