s = ut + 0.5at^2

19.6 = 0 + 0.5 x 9.81 x t^2

19.6 = 0.5 x 9.81t^2

39.2 = 9.81t^2

t^2 = 3.99

t = 1.99 s

mgh = 0.5 mv^2

2gh = v^2

2 x 9.81 x 19.6 = v^2

v^2 = 384.552

Aproximatly v = 19.6 m/s
