A stone is dropped from the top of a tower 200 m high. At the same time, another stone is projected vertically upwards from the ground with velocity of 40m/s. Calculate when and where the stones will meet

Here is the solution....
The stone 1 falls from the tower and stone 2 goes up .... So its gravity is negative...
