A stone is released from a height of 100m. If acceleration caused by gravity =10 m/s^2, calculate the velocity of stone when it is at the center of its maximum height reached. Also calculate the time it takes to fall throught this height

a= 10 m/s²

v²-u² = 2as

v²= 2 x 10 x 50

v²= 1000

v= 10√10 m/s²

v= 31.62 m/s

again s=ut + (1/2)at²

100=(1/2) x 10 x t²

100= 5t²

20=t²

t= 2√5 s

t= 4.47 s
