Let the height be h

Velocity = - 25 sin 30 = -25 /2 = - 12.5 m/s

We know that from equation of motion we get

S = ut + 1/2 at^2

-h = - 12.5 x 2.5 - 1/2 x 9.8 x 2.5^2

-h = - 31.25 – 30.625

h = 61.875 m

the height of bridge from the water surface is 61.875 m
