A stone is thrown upwards from a point A, after reaching the highest point B it comes down. Explain the transformation of energy from A to B and B to A and also mention the type of energy possessed by the stone at a point A, B and C of its journey

when the stone is at maximum height B kinetic energy is zero and it has maximum potential energy.

when it comes down to position A the potential energy get converted into kinetic energy.

After it reaches at ground position C the potential energy is least or zero and it has maximum kinetic energy.
