Time = 0.5 second
Height = 1.25 meter
G.T
u = 5 m/s
a = -10 m/s²
stone will go in upward direction untill final velocity becomes zero. Therefore, v = 0 m/s
W.K.T
v = u + at
0 = 5 + (-10)t
t = 5÷10
t = 0.5 s
W.K.T
v² = u² + 2ax
0² = 5² + 2(-10)x
x = 25÷20
x = 1.25 m
