Use Centripetal force=mv^2/r

since the max tension will be the max centripetal force which is 9N

then the max velocity when the string barely doesn't break can be solved for by putting 9N in place of centripetal force
the radius will be 2m and m=0.5kg

on solving u get Max velocity equals 6m/s
