Answer: 2kg/l or 2000kg/m^{3}

Explanation:

density = mass/volume

mass= 1.4kg

volume = 900ml-200ml=700ml

covert ml to l, 700ml = 700 x 10^{-3} = 0.7l

but 1m^{3} = 1000l

x= \frac{0.7 x 1}{1000} = 7x10^{-4}m^{3}

density = 1.4kg/7x10^{-4}

            =2000kg/m^{3}
