The initial velocity = 0

The final velocity = v

S = 2 × 1000 = 2000m

g = 9.8

From the equation :

V² = u² + 2gs

V² = 0 + 2 × 9.8 × 2000

V² = 39200

V = √39200

V = 197.99 m/s

The kinetic energy = 1/2mv²

m = 20/1000 = 0.02Kg

= 1/2 × 197.99² × 0.02 = 392.00

= 392 Joules
