work=force*displacement

work=mass*acceleration due to gravity*displacement

take g as 10m/s^2

work=250*10*250

work=625000J

work=625KJ

it is potential energy

W=MGH

Convert to kg 0.4kg

W=250×10×25

62500

Take 10 instead of 9.8 for easier calculation
