A stone of mass 4 kg is thrown upward which attains a height 10 m. If  the value of (g) at a place is 10 m/s2 . Calculate P.E. passesd in the stone ?​

Mass of the stone = 4kg

Height attained by the stone=10m

g= 10ms²

Potential Energy= Mass X Height X g

That is,

P.E = mgh

P.E= 4 X 10 X 10 = 400J

The answer is 400J
