given that,

s= h

g=10m)s²

at maximum hight u2= 0

by Newton's third law of motion,


V² = u2²+2gs

v² = 0² +2×10×h

v² = 20h

v= 2√5h

by Newton's first law of motion,


v= u+gt

2√5h = 0 + 10t

2√5h/10 = t

h/√5 = t

t = h/√5 second
