with initial velocity u reaches a height 'h' before coming down. Show that the time taken to go up is same as the time taken to come down. where v is final velocity after time t, u is initial velocity, a is acceleration and S is distance travelled in time t

Hope this helps u plz mark me d brainliest

Explanation:

for upward motion,

final velocity= 0 at max height.

=> v= u-gt

=> u= gt => t = u/g..............(1)

for downward direction of same object

in returning

final velocity = - velocity by which it thrown.

= u

initial velocity =0

=> v= u +gt

=> u = 0+gt

=> t= u/g ..............(2)

from (1) and (2)

the time taken to reach at max height

= time taken to reach the ground.

parheps , this is to prove.
