Applicable kinematics equation is

v^-u^ =2gh

where,

v=final velocity

u= initial velocity

g= acceleration due to gravity and

h= height of the cliff

then after inserting given values we get,

v^-u^ =2gh

128^-0^=2*10*h

h= 128*128 / 20

after solving this

h= 819.2
